Penguin Punch Art

At Brisbane Stampin’ Up! Regionals in November –  I received a very cute swap from Angelika Brown, for which I have cased to give my little nephews & friends children for Christmas. I have put little Santa chocolates inside. The little “box” stands 11cm high.
Aren’t they just so cute

I have used the Wide Oval, Large Oval, Scallop Square, Heart to Hearts, 1″ Circle, Boho Blossoms punches.  I used googly eyes just to give more character & Dazzling Diamonds to give a little “frosty” look to the ice.  I have used Tempting Turquoise & Brocade Blue cardstock & some non SU ribbon (only because I couldn’t find my Real Red ribbon when I needed it….lol).  I stamped snowflakes onto the card first using White Stazon Ink & snowflakes from from Short & Sweet & Snow Swirled stamp sets.

So hope you think they’re cute too!

Until later, happy stampin’

Birthday card – Sesame Friends

I had fun making this birthday card for little 4 year old Levi, just by using my SU punches & a little imagination!

Card base is Brocade Blue & Whisper White, I’ve just soften the edges by sponging with Brocade Blue.  I have only used the Circle Scallop, 1/2″ Circle, 1 3/8″ Circle, (non SU 1/4″ circle), Heart to Heart  punches.   My greeting is using Birthday Wish from the now retired Spring 09 Mini.

Now lets hope your imagination is tuned into mine….

Cookie Monster – Brocade Blue, Whisper White, Basic Black

Oscar the Grouch – Old Olive, Whisper White, Basic Black, Real Red

Elmo – Real Red, Whisper White, Basic Black, Pumpkin Pie

Well I thought this card was cute & hope you do to!

Until next time, happy stampin’

Echoes of Kindness

Hi everyone,

This is a card I made for a card swap a little while ago & is using the Stampin’ Up! Hostess Level 2 reward stamp set Echoes of Kindness & Hostess  Level 1 reward stamp set Best Yet.  I’ve stamped & embossed my image on Very Vanilla card stock then coloured in using the  blender pens with Pretty in Pink & Certainly Celery.  For extra effect I’ve cut around the flowers on one side before adhering to Pretty in Pink & the base card Bashful Blue.  I’ve also finished off the card with some Bashful Blue 1/4″ grosgrain ribbon.

This is a sample of the stamps that are available only to the Hostess when you host a Stampin’ Up! party & reach certain $ totals.  If you’d like to know more then please contact me.

Happy stampin’

These cards are made using the Always set, Urban Garden designer series paper, Large oval punch, Scallop oval punch, silver brads & Stampin’ Dimensionals to mount my flowers & give some dimension to the card.

The card on the top is using On Your Birthday greeting, Not Quite Navy & Kiwi Kiss card stock.

The card on the bottom is using Sweet Little Sentiments (level one hostess reward set) greeting, Basic Gray & Kiwi Kiss card stock.

Hope you like these cards.

I’m down visiting my brother in Sydney, so off to do some sightseeing & etc now.
