I saw this owl a little while ago so had a go at making it today. Then the challenge was using it on a card, so I went in search of a sketch challenge & found this week’s sketch over on Mojo Monday 229 would suit.

My Mum has just had knee replacement surgery this week, this is my Get Well card.
I thought I’d give her some flowers that would last! So I went with the idea of my Valentine’s flowers and added a heart punch flower.

Thought I’d share what we made in our Valentine’s class last weekend.
and a little chocolate box which held 4 Ferrero Rocher chocolates!
I used some Iridescent Ice on the big hearts just to give a bit of shimmer & bling to the card & box and attached the hearts along the centre after folding them to give them a flutter effect.
We also made an extra card

I made lots of Valentine’s cards while I was working out cards for my class last weekend, but then had to make one that David hadn’t seen, so was up late last night making it.
As I was bit tired I needed some inspiration so I used this week’s sketch over at Stamping 411 – challenge 242
I did make one little boo boo on my card which sent me off to bed very unhappy but it was too late to redo it…. hope it’s not too obvious!

It’s my wonderful Aunty’s birthday today…… oh dear just one off another big one!!!
I was on a role yesterday – so kept with the Mojo Monday sketch.
I made a little chocolate box to match my colour scheme.

I stepped outside my comfort zone to make a long size card (DL envelope size). Since I was already “out there” I thought why not make them bright & colourful too!
but then I also made another card – back to my A5 size
